We can help you understand your options, develop realistic paths forward, assist in communicating with your mortgage company or lender, and provide ongoing follow up, referrals, and general support.
Who we are
Community Action House is approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a Housing Counseling agency and works in partnership with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSDHA). As part of this certification, Foreclosure Intervention programs are provided at no cost* to residents of Allegan and Ottawa Counties.
*You should never have to pay a fee for help working with your lender. Take your time, pay attention, and beware of scams.
