Earn the certificate required to get a MSHDA mortgage or to take advantage of the HOP grant!
This Four-Week Class is taught by professionals and includes:
- Budgeting and Credit
- Mortgages and Real Estate
- Property Taxes and Insurance
- Inspections and Home Maintenance
Participants must attend all four weeks to earn a certificate of completion.
When: Wednesday evenings, 6 pm - 8 pm, February 1 - February 22
