Assist homeowners understand the mortgage foreclosure process through housing counseling with a HUD certified housing counselor
Forbearance and home retention information and options
Loan modifications, navigating negotiations with lender and mortgage company
Individualized housing counseling, including assistance in creating a crisis budget and goal setting
Group courses and workshops at no cost to area residents
