Fall Empowerment Workshop

The Empowerment Skills Curriculum was created to teach people a set of skills designed to change negative mindsets to positive.

The curriculum has been proven to have real transformational power in people’s lives, and can be applied both personally and professionally.

Based on the current research and best practices in:

  • Cognitive restructuring
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Motivational coaching
  • Neuropsychology. 

Schedule:

Wednesdays: 5:30 pm - 8 pm

Six weeks: October 5th to November 9th, 2016.

A fee of $50 per participant covers supplies, workbook, and empowerment tools
